Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 5–7 business days in most regions. Times are estimates and may vary around public holidays and busy periods.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

Address errors

Check your delivery address carefully when you pay. Costs for re-shipping caused by an incorrect address are paid by you.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
